Do you want to drive and develop our SSPF work?

In this new role, you will coordinate the unit's efforts, collaborate with all teams, and be a central link to the social services' SSPF coordinator.

You will lead the development of work methods, ensure quality in routines, and support colleagues in their daily work. This is a role for you who want to create structure, collaboration, and real impact.

Sollentuna aims for no areas to be classified as vulnerable by 2030 – therefore, collaboration with actors such as schools, social services, police, and civil society is an important part of our work.

You will belong to the youth unit within the Culture and Leisure Office, focusing on leisure in your role concerning SSPF.

The youth unit is tasked with running youth centers, safety centers, and mobile field operations. In this role, you will also work in our operations such as youth centers and the mobile field operations.

Responsibilities

• Continuously work with individual cases within SSPF by meeting young people and visiting relevant places and activities to strengthen their engagement and development.
• Coordinate the unit's work within SSPF at both operational and administrative levels. Work collaboratively with all teams in the unit to ensure uniform working methods and good collaboration regarding SSPF.
• Act as a central contact person and partner for the social services' SSPF coordinator.
• Contribute to the development, follow-up, and quality assurance of routines and working methods related to SSPF.
• Support colleagues in their daily work by providing guidance, structure, and coordination in matters related to SSPF.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of the SSPF model and have worked practically based on it.
• Good knowledge of children's and young people's needs, particularly related to their leisure time.
• Experience in leisure activities in general and open leisure activities in particular.
• Experience in project management and the ability to create structure and keep track of details.

Education

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work, social pedagogy, or equivalent competence that we assess as comparable.

You work in a structured manner and take initiatives that drive development forward, while also having the ability to maintain order and quality in details. Other requirements and information

• Express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.
• Driving license B.
• Evening and weekend work is included.
• A background check will be conducted for this position.
